Mark Branstad | Founder & CEO
Mark is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tracking Football. He created the company in 2014, after working for Football Talent Advisors for several years developing athletic and game statistics analytics. Mark is directly responsible for the organization and management of Tracking Football’s player databases and athletic analytic scores. Mark is a graduate of Butler University and was a high school teacher and track and football coach for over a decade. He was a high school head track coach for three years and coached several Division I athletes and one current NFL player.
Aaron Hunter | Co-founder & CMO
Aaron is the co-founder of Tracking Football and Chief Marketing Officer. Aaron worked closely with Mark to help create the company and serves as head of marketing and sales. He organizes all of Tracking Football’s sales initiatives and promotional activities including our presence at the annual AFCA National Convention. Aaron is a graduate of Indiana University and was a varsity football player during his time there. Aaron has an extensive background in marketing and production management while working Arvin Industries, Cummins Engine, and Miller Transport.
Brian Spilbeler | Vice-President & COO
Brian is the Chief Operating Officer of Tracking Football. Brian is involved in many aspects of Tracking Football’s day-to-day operations. He oversees the development of Tracking Football’s mobile app along with organizing Tracking Football’s social media. He works closely with Mark developing player profiles and prospect databases for college clients. Brian is a graduate of DePauw University and was a three-year football letter winner during his time there. Brian was a teacher and coach with Mark for several years and now teaches at a suburban high school in Indianapolis. He has the distinction of coaching eight high school football teams which either won or were runner-up Indiana state champions since 2006.
Frank Bogaert | Chief Information Officer
Frank is the Chief Information Officer of Tracking Football. Frank’s extensive mathematical background and experience in management consulting made him a perfect fit for Tracking Football’s analytical and business needs. Frank has played a central role in the development of all of Tracking Football’s proprietary athletic scores. He maintains the integrity of the databases and guides our analytical football studies. In his 30 year career Frank has served as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, held corporate responsibilities in the automotive aftermarket, and has managed his own small manufacturing company. He has an engineering degree in computer science and numerical mathematics from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) and a master’s degree in business from Carnegie-Mellon.
Paul Branstad | Business Advisor
Paul is a key fixture in the development of Tracking Football as a concept and a service. His business experience and guidance help the leaders of Tracking Football continue to expand their market and service. Paul is currently the President and CEO of Safeharbor Advisors, a boutique investment and strategy consulting firm. Previously, Paul was a Senior Partner at Booz & Company (1980-2008) where he was the Global Leader of the Automotive and Strategy Practices, working with clients such as Caterpillar, Johnson Controls, and Ford. Prior to joining Booz & Company, Paul held positions at Arvin Industries, Boston Consulting Group, and Litton Industries. Paul has a BS in Systems Theory from MIT and a MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
Andrew Fialkowski | Data Research Analyst
Andrew is a research analyst for Tracking Football. He joined the team in the summer of 2015 and has researched and complied data on thousands of high school football prospects since. Andrew will graduate from the University of Chicago in the spring of 2017 with BAs in Economics and Religious Studies. Andrew brings work experience in diverse industries to TrackingFootball. He has prepped specimens in the bird department at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago and, most recently, has written and researched for a talk show on a National Public Radio affiliate in the Los Angeles area. During high school Andrew played defensive back for the football team and outfield for the baseball team, earning Chicago Catholic League All-Academic Honors during his junior and senior baseball seasons.
