Matt Zenitz of al.com recently posted an article featuring 4 Alabama football players who recently completed their 2015 college track season.  Anthony Averett, Tony Brown, Marlon Humphrey, and Bradley Sylve were also track participants in high school.  Tracking Football has PAI scores on each of them from when they were being recruited.

Alabama T&F

The PAI scores listed above are the result of evaluating not only the player’s raw prep track and field data, but combining it with his high school height, weight, and position.  Based on our research Brown scored the highest athletic rating, even though he wasn’t the “fastest” in the group.  Averett recorded an astounding long jump, however when scored as a free safety in high school he received the lowest rating.

These ratings are not affected by combine data or game film, but they are indications of the football recruit’s athletic ability.
